Here are a few of our favorite, tried and true recipes. So clean, you will forget it's organic.

 

 

Fuego Fresco

(as featured in Dapper Magazine)

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Organic Silver
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 1 Fresh Egg White (optional)
  • 3-4 Slices of Cucumber
  • 1-3 Slices of Jalapeño (may adjust to taste)
  • Small Pinch of Salt
  • Lime Chile Salt or Tajín
Puro Verde - Fuego Fresco

 

Puro Verde - Cranberry Daisy

Cranberry Daisy

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Organic Silver
  • 2.0 oz Organic, lightly sweetened or unsweetened Cranberry Juice*
  • .25 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Orange Agave Syrup (see instructions)


Double Rocks Glass

*If using an unsweetened juice, increase your agave syrup to 1.0 - 1.25 oz) To make the orange agave syrup, mix equal parts agave nectar to water and add orange blossom flower water to taste. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a freshly iced Double Rocks glass, partially salted rim optional.

Garnish with 3 floating fresh cranberries and a lime wheel.

 

 

 

Pomelo Rosa

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Organic Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orange Agave Syrup (see instructions)
  • 2 Good Dashes of Grapefruit Bitters
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer

 

Double Rocks Glass or Collins Style

To make the orange agave syrup, mix equal parts agave nectar to water and add orange blossom flower water to taste. Add first 5 ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a freshly iced glass and top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

 

Puro Verde - Paloma Rosa

 

Puro Verde - Blood Orange Smash

Blood Orange Smash

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Organic Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 2.0 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 2.0 oz Ginger Beer


Collins Style Glass

To release the mint oil from the fresh leaves, tear the mint then add the first 5 ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, shake and double strain into a freshly iced Collins glass. Top with Ginger Beer.

Garnish with a floating mint leaf and a lime wedge.

 

 

 

Azul Amore

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Silver
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1.0 oz Apple Thyme Syrup (see instructions)
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 8-10 Fresh Blueberries


Coupe Style Glass

To make the apple thyme syrup, bring apple juice, sugar and fresh thyme to a simmer, turn off and let steep for 30 minutes minimum. Strain into a bottle. Add blueberries to a mixing glass and muddle, add all remaining ingredients with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist a float 3 blueberries.

Puro Verde - Organic Skinny Margarita

The Puro Verde Organic Skinny Margarita

  • 1.5 oz Puro Verde Organic Silver or Organic Puro 110
  • 1.0 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Orange Agave Syrup (see instructions)


Double Rocks or Margarita Style Glass

To make the orange agave syrup, mix equal parts agave nectar to water and add orange blossom flower water to taste. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a freshly iced and half salted rim glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
